  •   Processing Time: All orders are Shipped & Delivered within 7–10 business days. This includes customization, quality checks, and secure packaging.
  •   Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  •   Made-to-Order Items: For fully customized builds, please allow up to 10 business days for assembly and testing.
📦 Tracking Your Order
  •   Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  •   Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

đźš« Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  •   If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@retropodz.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  •   We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
